Lamb Kebabs with Tzatziki and Feta Tapenade

Cubes of lamb marinate in olives, capers and red wine vinegar, then grill on skewers alongside lemon wedges that caramelize and sweeten. A cool yogurt tzatziki and a salty feta and olive tapenade finish them.
