How it works
From your taste to your dinner table
I build your plan in five short stages. Each one teaches the site something about you, and the first one keeps you safe.
Stage 1: The gate Open now
I start with what you cannot or will not eat: allergies first, then diets and dials like lower sugar or lower sodium. Nothing else I do can undo these answers. If I am not sure a dish is safe for you, I do not show it.
Stage 2: The seed Coming
Name one dish you could eat forever. That single answer gives me a place to start, so the next stages begin close to what you already love.
Stage 3: The playlist game Open now
You get a tray of dishes and tap the ones you would happily eat. Only dishes that are safe for you ever appear. A few surprises are mixed in so your taste can grow.
Stage 4: The deep instrument Open now
The swipe game and the Palate Profile: 250 questions on how you taste, with a 62-question short form to start. Swipe right for yes and left for no, and your answers are scored against every recipe in the catalog.
Stage 5: Your profile Coming
Your answers become a taste profile you can read, change and take with you. Change anything later and everything built from it changes too.
Then, the dinner plan Coming
With your profile in place, I match dinners to it: the right dishes for your household, your allergies, your time and your budget.
Each dish comes with its timed method, a shopping list sorted the way a store is laid out, and a calendar link so dinner lands on your family's calendar.
One-tap Instacart ordering is coming. For now, every week's recipes come with a ready-to-use shopping list. Just take it to Instacart, Uber Eats, your grocery delivery app of choice, or the store.
The dinner plan opens as the recipe catalog and monthly plans do. Members are first in.
The one rule that never bends
Your allergies and diets come first and are never loosened by a game or a guess. I would rather show you fewer recipes than a risky one.
