Refund policy

I want you to feel safe trying this. Here is how cancelling and refunds work.
Cancelling
You can cancel from your account page at any time. If you cancel during the free week, you pay nothing. If you cancel later, you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Partial months are not prorated.
Refunds
If you forgot to cancel and write to me within 7 days of a renewal charge, I will refund that charge. If I charged you in error, or you were charged twice, I will refund the mistake in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
Other purchases
Private chef services and anything else I sell separately are covered by the agreement we make when you book. Groceries you buy on your own, from any store, are between you and that store.
