Spicy Broccoli Rabe with Ricotta Salata
Broccoli rabe cooked slowly with onion until it is tender, sweet and deeply browned, then finished with sizzled garlic, chile flakes and lemon. A shower of salty grated ricotta salata makes it a rich, bitter-sweet side.
