Gkogklies with Browned Butter and Myzithra

Hand-shaped nuggets of plain flour-and-water pasta, boiled soft in the Attica village manner and layered on a platter with nut-brown butter and a shower of hard grated myzithra. Like gnocchi, but simpler.
