Turkey Provolone Burgers with Fennel-Shallot Marmalade
Juicy patties of ground turkey folded with grated aged provolone, dressed with a sweet-tart fennel and shallot marmalade and quick-pickled cucumber ribbons. Both garnishes keep for days, so only the patties need cooking on the day.
