Kaaju Methi Murghi Cashew Chicken with Fenugreek

Bone-in chicken braised in a velvety sauce of onion, cashews and whole spices fried dark and blended smooth, then flecked with fenugreek leaves: the roasted-nut sweetness plays against the herb's perfumed bitterness.
