Orange-Chile Skirt Steak with Fruit Salsa
Skirt steak spends a couple of hours in a marinade of orange juice, chile sauce, soy and garlic, then gets a fast, hot sear. A cool salsa of mango, apple and peppers makes the plate sweet, hot and fresh.
