A dense, fudgy cake with no flour at all, built from semisweet chocolate, cocoa and a double hit of coffee. Rich enough for a small slice and better the next day.

- 150 gunsalted butter, cubed
- 3large eggs
- 120 gsugar
- 40 gunsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
- 20 mlcold brewed coffee, about 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp
