The estate

The Estate Table is a restaurant and estate dining room in Copperopolis, set among the rolling hills of the California Gold Country. The table is long, the room is quiet, and the menu follows the season.

We are still setting things in place — the kitchen, the garden, the cellar. What follows on this page is a sketch of the house we intend to keep: a short seasonal menu, unhurried service, and a table that feels like it has always been there.
